• Clients may browse professionals, submit project requirements, and request consultations.
• The platform may offer online consultations, document reviews, concept discussions, and advisory services.
• Execution, site work, and material procurement (if any) are outside the platform's responsibility unless explicitly stated.

4. Payments

• Payments made through the platform may include:
  • Consultation fees
  • Platform service charges
• Payments are facilitated only; professional fees belong to the respective consultant.

5. Professional Engagement

• Any agreement, scope, timeline, or deliverables are directly between you and the professional.
• Dezinea is not responsible for quality, delays, site execution, or disputes.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on:

  • Professional's refund policy
• Platform service fees may be non-refundable.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Share false or misleading project details
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Misuse professional content or intellectual property

• The platform is not liable for:

  • Structural failures
