By registering as a professional on Dezinea, you agree to the following terms:

1. Independent Consultant Status

• You are an independent professional, not an employee, partner, or agent.
• You are solely responsible for your advice, designs, and deliverables.

2. Eligibility & Verification

• You must provide:
  • Accurate profile details
  • Relevant qualifications, licenses, or experience
• The platform may verify profiles but does not guarantee credentials.

3. Services Offered

• Professionals may provide:
  • Online consultations
  • Design guidance
  • Concept development
  • Advisory documentation
• Any on-site execution is optional and outside platform liability.

4. Fees & Payments

• Fees are set by the professional or defined by platform packages.
• Platform may deduct:
  • Service fee
  • Taxes (as applicable)
• Professionals are responsible for their own tax compliance.

5. Professional Conduct

You agree to:

• Act ethically and professionally
• Provide accurate advice
• Avoid misleading claims or guarantees

6. Intellectual Property

• Designs, drawings, or concepts remain:
  • Professional's IP unless otherwise agreed
  • Usage rights must be clearly defined with the client

7. Client Interaction

• All communication should occur via platform tools where possible.
• Direct off-platform solicitation may violate platform policy.

8. Disputes

• Disputes with clients should be resolved directly.
• The platform may mediate but is not obligated to do so.

9. Account Suspension

• Accounts may be suspended for:
  • Misconduct
  • Fraud
  • Repeated complaints
  • Violation of platform policies

10. Governing Law

• Governed by the laws of India
• Jurisdiction: Ahmedabad, India
